Shipping Policy

Fresh Wreaths


Our wreaths are made to order using the highest quality materials from trusted local and Dutch suppliers. You can select your preferred dispatch or collection week when ordering. If you need a different date, please email jess@jaustindesigns.co.uk and we’ll accommodate your requirements wherever possible. First Class post is used for dispatch.

Fresh Flowers


Our bouquets are crafted to order and can be prepared to meet your chosen date with advance notice. Please allow at least three working days for preparation. Collections are available from our Longford studio, and local delivery can be arranged within the surrounding area. Please check the delivery map before selecting your delivery option.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns


We take great care in producing and packaging every J Austin Designs item. If your order is damaged in transit, please email a time-stamped photo to jess@jaustindesigns.co.uk. We will discuss a potential refund or replacement.

Please note: Fresh items cannot be returned or refunded, as they are made especially for you.

Cancellations and Amendments


We understand that plans can change. Any cancellations or amendments must be sent in writing to jess@jaustindesigns.co.uk. Changes may affect your order’s timescale and/or total cost. Orders cannot be cancelled or amended once dispatched.

Bespoke Orders


Bespoke items are created in collaboration with you and cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty or damaged, in line with your legal rights. Once a design has been agreed in writing and materials ordered, cancellations are not permitted. Amendments must be confirmed in writing, and we will work to reach a reasonable solution for both parties.
