Shipping Policy

Fresh Wreaths

Wreaths are made to order from the highest quality products from local suppliers and Dutch growers. The first batch of orders will be dispatched by First Class post. Before ordering, you will be able to comment which week you would like your wreath dispatched or collected. If you require another dispatch date, please send it in writing to jess@jaustindesigns.co.uk.

 

Embroideries and dried flower pieces

These items are made to order and require a lot of time and consideration. The usual lead-time for these items is 2-3 weeks and items are usually dispatched via Royal Mail by Second Class post. If you require another dispatch date i.e if it’s for a special occasion, please send an email to jess@jaustindesigns.co.uk. I always endeavour to work with you to your requirements so please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

 

Terrariums, plants and fresh flowers

These items are made to order and can be made to meet your required date within a reasonable time frame. Please allow at least three working days for bouquets and five working days for plants and terrariums when placing your order, unless discussed previously. This can be selected upon ordering your item/s. These items can be collected from Barrow on Trent or delivered locally to the surrounding area. Please see the map showing delivery area before selecting delivery.

Eos Treasures

These items are ready to post and can be packaged up within two to three working days and dispatched via Royal Mail by Second Class post. If you require another dispatch date i.e if it’s for a special occasion, please send an email to jess@jaustindesigns.co.uk. I always endeavour to work with you to your requirements so please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Returns

I am sure that you will love your jaustindesigns product, but if you don’t, please contact me as soon as possible.

 

I take the very best care when producing and packaging your items. But in the rare occurrence that your item has become damaged in transit, please take a time stamped photo of your item and send it to jess@jaustindesigns.co.uk and I will contact you regarding a potential refund or replacement.

 

Fresh items cannot be returned or refunded as they have been made especially for you.

 

Cancellations and Amendments

I understand that plans change and that may mean that you need to cancel or amend an order. Any cancellations or amendments that you make to your order must be given in writing and sent to jess@jaustindesign.co.uk. If you amend or change your order, you may find that there are changes to the timescale of your order and/or your total cost of the order. We regret that you may not cancel or amend an order after it has been dispatched.

 

Bespoke Orders

When designing a bespoke product, I work with you to produce a finished item that I hope you will be happy with. As we make a lot of these decisions together, these items cannot be returned or refunded, unless the item/s are faulty or damaged. This is in accordance with your legal rights.

 

Once a design has been agreed in writing and the materials have been ordered, I regret that you may not cancel an order. If item/s have been ordered and you wish to amend an order then these will need to be confirmed in writing to jess@jaustindesigns.co.uk and the decision is with jaustindesigns. A reasonable conclusion will be drawn upon to suit both parties.

Eos Treasures

Due to the antique and reclaimed nature of these products, a little wear and tear is always expected. This will always be pictured in the items listing. I take the very best care when packaging your items.
